History

Blink 182 was originally formed in 1992, with the founder Tom DeLonge and Scott Raynor, it’s said to be an American Rock Band, they originally came from the Southern California Punk Scene, their lyrics are what is known as Toilet Humour, and they first were known for their high energy shows.

They originally toured with Cheshire Cat in 1995 and now have realised 7 studio albums. They are said to be a key group in how pop punk has been developed and was why the band received so much radio play as they had more radio friendly music than rock bands. So far they have sold over 13 million albums just in the United Sates and 35 million albums all over the world, and even have been said to be the most influential pop band of the 1990’s by The New York Times.
